Early Risers & After School EdVentures (Formerly Extended Day).

Our before school program-EARLY RISERS- is open from 6:30 am until school begins.

Our after school program- AFTER SCHOOL EDVENTURES- is open from school dismissal unitl 6:00pm

Early Risers & After School EdVentures

Early Risers & After School EdVentures are offered in most MCCSC elementary schools in Bloomington and are available to children attending kindergarten through sixth grade. These programs offer a relaxed and informal time for  staff and self directed activities, along with the socialization skills, and opportunities to work on homework.

Ready, Set, Grow (RSG)

Ready, Set, Grow Preschool is offered in the elementary schools where space is avaible and need is sufficient to financially support itself. Children three, four, and five years old may enroll however, space is limited to twenty potty-trained children. Children may attend full or half day. Morning preschool operated from 8:45a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Full day preschool runs from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Before and after preschool play groups are offered from 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. to 5:30pm.

K-Plus

K-Plus is a program that is offered to fill the other part of the school day for kindergarden. You may contact your home school to find out more information regarding this programs. School Age Care only accepts payments for Kplus

Alps Study Hall

This is a program for Alps students at University school. Study Hall begins at the dismissal of alps class and runs until 3:15p.m.

Summer Camp- Adventure camp

The School Age Care Program sponsors a summer program called Adventure Camp. Our camp has been designed to provide summer care for those families trying to balance the demands of work and family responsibilities when school is closed. Adventure Camp offers school-age children the opportunity to expand the mind and exercise the body with an experience full of activities, friends and fun!

Camp is offered to children entering grades K through 8th grade. Camp hours are 8:45-3:15. Each week is a different theme enhanced with hands-on activities, field trips and guest speakers. Free time, indoor and outdoor leisure play, swimming, and craft projects are a sample of what each week will offer. Look for information and registration forms for Adventure Camp by Spring Break of each year.

Ready, Set, Grown Summer Camp ( Mini Adventure Camp )

For children ages 3,4, and 5 years of age. Each week is a different theme supported with hands-on activities. More information and registration forms will be available by Spring Break.
