Batchelor:

Attention 8th graders attending tomorrow's field trip:

Group lists with bus numbers are posted outside the office as well as Ms. Martin's room. Make sure you know which bus to report to tomorrow morning. Busses will leave at 6:45 am. Make sure you're here on time. Also, you will NOT be able to purchase lunch in Indianapolis. You need to make sure you bring a disposable sack lunch. If you ordered a sack lunch from the cafeteria, it will be given to you when we're in Indianapolis. If you've forgotten whether you ordered a sack lunch, please speak to Ms. Martin.

To 8th grade students that will not be going on the field trip:

You will not be reporting to your usual classes on Wednesday. You'll need to find your name on the list that's posted outside the office as well as Ms. Martin's room. This list will tell you where to report to period 1 tomorrow morning.

This is your last week to pre-order a yearbook. After this week, we will not be taking any pre-orders. You will have to wait until distribution day to see if there are any yearbooks left to purchase. Soooooo bring that cash or check for $25 to the office or room 446. Time is running out.

  • Dear Parents/Guardians and Members of the Class of 2017: Cougar Encounter. Stop by the office for forms.

  • This is the ninth year that Bloomington High School North will be offering the Cougar Encounter as a freshmen transition experience, and this year it will be bigger and better than ever before!  Through the planning and preparation of our Cougar Leader program, we are offering this opportunity for all incoming freshmen.  We believe that it is unquestioned that any freshman participant will have a head start as they enter Bloomington North.  Research indicates that participants in these types of programs have earned higher grade point averages, been more likely to be involved in extracurricular opportunities, and have had fewer disciplinary situations than those who have not participated.  There is no doubt that the experience will be informative and fun.  I urge all incoming freshmen to attend our Cougar Encounter 2013.
